New Parents Information

At Seedling Nursery we aim to communicate regularly and openly with parents in order for us to develop the best relationship and effective partnership with you and your child.

From the day your child joins us we want you to feel part of the family. Our staff are warm, welcoming and keen to get to know families. We use a variety of methods to communicate with parents such as daily diaries, regular parents evenings, newsletter and progress reports. We have a news section on the website to keep you up-to-date and you can also find us on our main Facebook page.

Our Prospectus

This information pack will support you and your child by giving you a flavour of what you can expect from us. Making the leap to choosing the right child care can be a daunting
one. Our ethos is not to force children in to education but provide them with tools where individual needs are met and nurtured.

We aim to nurture your child’s needs and follow their direction as much as we can – that way, both us and you as a family are all bound to have a much more enjoyable journey
together.

Ofsted report 2018

Staff observe, assess and plan well for children's future learning. They use what they know about children to challenge and support them effectively to acquire the skills and capacity to develop and learn.

The partnerships with parents are strong. Staff continually share information with parents in order to ensure that they work together to meet children's care needs and support their learning.

A comprehensive fee structure is available. We do encourage you to contact us and discuss your needs, but as a benchmark a full day sessions at our Nurseries start at £46.12

We also offer full time and sibling discounts plus we accept Employers Childcare Vouchers. For a more detailed breakdown, again please contact us. And we are registered for 3 and 4 year old funding. Please ask about eligibility.

Registration Form

To register your child for a place at the nursery you will need to complete the registration form, downloadable 'on your right' or available from a member of the team and return it along with a non refundable deposit of £75. This will then secure a place and pay for the settling in sessions prior to your child’s start date. Fully funded places will not occur a deposit fee.

Terms and Conditions

Whilst we try to keep our terms and conditions as brief as possible, nonetheless, because we are caring for very young children, we are naturally obligated to many rules, regulations and also a good deal of legislation.

We take our responsibilities very seriously and in that regard we have to be very clear to our parents and carers about the framework within which we operate.
