At Seedling Nursery we are looking for a Nursery Deputy Manager who is ready to break free from the ordinary and make a real difference in children’s lives.

Our nursery is not just another childcare setting - it is a place where passion meets purpose. As Deputy Manager you will play a key role in the education of nursery children and be a vital member of our nursery management team.

As a leadership position, the role of Nursery Deputy Manager is a satisfying combination of management responsibility and hands-on care. Your week will be over four days with two days working with the children in the room. For the right person, it can be a fantastic career development stepping stone, while still allowing you to enjoy all the things you love about working closely with children in the early years.

The Nursery Office and HR Administrator will be responsible to the Nursery Manager. This is a key role in supporting the needs of our clients, HR management and financial inputting.

We are a busy nursery office and you will have a wide range of duties including; liaising with clients, maintaining personal records, updating documents, entering data, answering and filtering telephone communications, sending emails and dealing with invoices.
